Opportunities in Product Strategy
Identify high-impact customer problems and market gaps, connect them to evidence and objectives, and explore possible solutions in Strategy Builder before committing resources.
Learn how to validate product ideas before committing significant engineering effort. Shorter Loop helps product teams connect customer feedback, opportunities, assumptions, experiments, and outcomes so they can replace guesswork with evidence. Explore a practical approach to testing value, usability, feasibility, and viability while preserving the reasoning behind every product decision from discovery through delivery.

Connected discovery tools help teams investigate problems, test assumptions, prioritize opportunities, and learn before committing to solutions.

Shorter Loop pulls the claims out of your items and documents and checks each one against the evidence linked to it, marking it Backed, Evidence disagrees, Untested, or Untested — nothing found. Before AI drafts solutions from an opportunity or experiments from a solution, Shorter Loop checks that evidence; if it is weak or contradicted, it says why and offers Draft anyway, marked as assumptions, and those drafts carry an Assumed badge.
Organize customer evidence, opportunities, solution paths, assumptions, and experiments in one connected workspace so discovery remains connected to strategy and delivery.
Define hypotheses, experiments, success criteria, and results while connecting learning back to opportunities, assumptions, product decisions, and future roadmap changes.
Bring feedback from multiple sources into a shared system, organize recurring themes, and connect customer evidence directly to opportunities, assumptions, and product work.
Drag epics and features onto the value-versus-effort chart; where you drop each one sets its value and effort, and cut lines mark what to do now and what can wait. The chart helps the team compare options, and the call stays with the team.
Product idea validation becomes more useful when evidence, assumptions, experiments, and decisions stay connected. Shorter Loop gives teams a shared system for identifying customer problems, mapping possible solutions, testing what is uncertain, and recording what they learn. This helps product organizations replace opinion-driven bets with traceable reasoning and carry corroborated insights into prioritization, roadmaps, delivery, and outcomes.

Shorter Loop connects the reasoning behind product decisions from customer evidence through outcomes.
Connect customer feedback and supporting evidence to opportunities, assumptions, decisions, and product work.
Keep discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery connected instead of scattered across separate tools.
Use experiment results and product outcomes as evidence for the next decision rather than isolated research artifacts.
Give product teams shared context so decisions remain understandable across tools, handoffs, and growing organizations.
A product-focused team building evidence-based tools for better decisions.

Founder, Product & Strategy
Engineer, architect, coach, and product leader. Started Shorter Loop after seeing the same failure repeat from different seats: decisions outliving the evidence they were built on.

Co-founder, Engineering and Technology
Dinesh started building software at the age of 13 and hasn't stopped since. He joined Kinshuk as a co-founder because he genuinely loves building technology that helps people do things they couldn't do before. That belief has kept him working on Shorter Loop through several generations of the product, and AI has opened up an entirely new set of possibilities. He knows virtually every part of the system, from its application architecture to the infrastructure underneath it, and has led the technical evolution of the product as it grew from its original form into what it is today.

Head of GTM
Devendra leads customer discovery, sales, partnerships, marketing, and account management at Shorter Loop. He starts with the customer’s problem, not a script. If the pitch doesn’t fit what the buyer is actually trying to do, he throws out the pitch. He treats sales as a process of listening, learning, and building relationships around problems worth solving .He has little interest in theater. The goal is not to sound impressive. The goal is to make sure the customer can do something they couldn’t do before — and that Shorter Loop can stand behind the claim.

Founding Engineer
Deepika is a full-stack engineer who works across Shorter Loop, taking product ideas from early discussions through implementation and into production. Deepika is a full-stack engineer who cares a lot about making software simpler. She has little patience for unnecessary complexity, including when Kinshuk or Dinesh are the ones proposing it. She believes good software should be simple, focused, and do what it promises without making the user work for it. Her love of art shows up in the care she brings to the details, but she will choose usefulness over decoration every time.

Founding Marketing Manager
Anushka is the guardian of Shorter Loop’s messaging, positioning, and voice. She believes companies should write for people, not search engines or AI bots, and that useful communication requires having an opinion rather than repeating what everyone else already says. Everything we publish on this website goes through her, including fact-checking the claims we make. She pushes us to say what we actually mean, and to make sure we can stand behind it.

Business Development Representative
Krishna is Shorter Loop’s newest teammate and our Business Development Representative. He researches prospects, markets, and product organizations to understand who might genuinely have a problem Shorter Loop can help solve. He joined because he would rather understand a prospect before contacting them than work from a cold script. For Krishna, good outbound starts with doing the homework.
Validating a product means gathering evidence to determine whether a product idea addresses a meaningful customer problem and is worth pursuing. Teams typically examine assumptions about value, usability, feasibility, viability, behavior, and outcomes. Validation can involve customer feedback, opportunity analysis, experiments, and early product learning. The goal is not certainty; it is making a better-informed decision before significant investment.
