Feedback portal
Bring customer feedback from multiple sources into a shared system, group signals into clusters and categories, identify recurring themes, and connect evidence to product decisions.
Turn scattered customer feedback into clear product insight with Shorter Loop. Collect signals from multiple sources, organize recurring themes, preserve the evidence behind each insight, and connect customer needs to opportunities, assumptions, priorities, and product work. Built for product teams that want to replace assumptions with continuous customer evidence and make better-informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Connected tools help product teams collect, organize, analyze, and act on customer evidence with greater clarity.
Bring customer feedback from multiple sources into a shared system, group signals into clusters and categories, identify recurring themes, and connect evidence to product decisions.
Explore customer problems, organize supporting evidence, map opportunities and solutions, and connect discovery learning to strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery.
Treat customer opportunities as first-class product objects by connecting evidence, objectives, assumptions, possible solutions, experiments, and resulting product work.
Plot epics and features on a value-versus-effort chart, where each item scores value divided by effort, and move the cut lines to decide what the team takes on next. RICE Score sits separately, on solutions in Strategy Builder.
Ask Sage a question and it answers from your documents, feedback, strategy items and connected apps, showing its thinking process and the Supporting evidence behind the answer. It also drafts personas, opportunities and solutions you can add to your product, and flags any point in an answer it could not verify.
Trace a decision from customer feedback and claims through strategy, delivery and outcomes, using the Evidence tab and the linked items around it.
Shorter Loop helps product teams move beyond collecting feedback to understanding what it means. Bring signals together, preserve the underlying customer evidence, and use AI-assisted clustering and synthesis to reveal patterns without losing context. Teams can connect feedback to opportunities, assumptions, priorities, roadmaps, and product work, creating a traceable path from customer reality to product decisions and future outcomes.

Shorter Loop connects customer evidence to the product decisions and outcomes that follow.
Keep the reasoning behind product decisions connected to underlying customer evidence and supporting context.
Bring feedback, discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery into one continuous product-management loop.
One plan per product covers everyone who needs to be in the conversation. There are no seats to buy and no per-user charges when you add engineers, designers or stakeholders.
Use AI-assisted synthesis and Sage to support product questions with connected context rather than unsupported general answers.
A product-focused team building evidence-connected tools for better decisions.

Founder, Product & Strategy
Engineer, architect, coach, and product leader. Started Shorter Loop after seeing the same failure repeat from different seats: decisions outliving the evidence they were built on.

Co-founder, Engineering and Technology
Dinesh started building software at the age of 13 and hasn't stopped since. He joined Kinshuk as a co-founder because he genuinely loves building technology that helps people do things they couldn't do before. That belief has kept him working on Shorter Loop through several generations of the product, and AI has opened up an entirely new set of possibilities. He knows virtually every part of the system, from its application architecture to the infrastructure underneath it, and has led the technical evolution of the product as it grew from its original form into what it is today.

Head of GTM
Devendra leads customer discovery, sales, partnerships, marketing, and account management at Shorter Loop. He starts with the customer’s problem, not a script. If the pitch doesn’t fit what the buyer is actually trying to do, he throws out the pitch. He treats sales as a process of listening, learning, and building relationships around problems worth solving .He has little interest in theater. The goal is not to sound impressive. The goal is to make sure the customer can do something they couldn’t do before — and that Shorter Loop can stand behind the claim.

Founding Engineer
Deepika is a full-stack engineer who works across Shorter Loop, taking product ideas from early discussions through implementation and into production. Deepika is a full-stack engineer who cares a lot about making software simpler. She has little patience for unnecessary complexity, including when Kinshuk or Dinesh are the ones proposing it. She believes good software should be simple, focused, and do what it promises without making the user work for it. Her love of art shows up in the care she brings to the details, but she will choose usefulness over decoration every time.

Founding Marketing Manager
Anushka is the guardian of Shorter Loop’s messaging, positioning, and voice. She believes companies should write for people, not search engines or AI bots, and that useful communication requires having an opinion rather than repeating what everyone else already says. Everything we publish on this website goes through her, including fact-checking the claims we make. She pushes us to say what we actually mean, and to make sure we can stand behind it.

Business Development Representative
Krishna is Shorter Loop’s newest teammate and our Business Development Representative. He researches prospects, markets, and product organizations to understand who might genuinely have a problem Shorter Loop can help solve. He joined because he would rather understand a prospect before contacting them than work from a cold script. For Krishna, good outbound starts with doing the homework.
Customer feedback management software helps product teams collect, organize, analyze, and connect customer input to product decisions. Instead of leaving feedback scattered across support tickets, conversations, surveys, research, or separate documents, teams can group related signals, identify recurring themes, preserve underlying evidence, and link insights to opportunities, assumptions, priorities, and product work.
